At Family Merchants Bank, our core values are the foundation that guides us in the way we do business - in the type of employees we hire and retain, the way we serve our customers, and in the way we help the communities we operate in grow and continue to prosper. We are dedicated to providing outstanding service. We realize a lot of banks and other companies say this but we really mean it. In fact, we have established service standards to define the way we serve our customers. Our employees are evaluated against these standards.

How do we evaluate the employees? Two ways. One way is by listening to you. Our Chief Executive Officer, Jason Hall, or any of our other officers welcome the chance to meet with customers to discuss how our Bank has served you or other customers. Secondly we conduct periodic written surveys of our customers to see how we are doing. If you are asked to complete a survey, we ask that you please take a few minutes to complete the form as it is important to us that we know what you're thinking. Doing good enough isn't good enough at Family Merchants Bank. At any time please feel free to ask any of our employees to see our service standards. We want you to know what to expect from us.

Honesty and Integrity

We are honest and ethical in everything we do. Passionate About Community Stewardship. We strongly believe that one of the main purposes of our existence is to help our community grow and prosper. We support local organizations that promote the community's welfare and / or economic development both with select monetary donations and by our employees spending time assisting these organizations as board of director members, participating in fund-raising activities, or helping out in what ever way is needed.
