We offer a wide selection of checking products with a variety of product features. Regardless of what type of account you need, we offer free Internet Banking and on all of our personal checking accounts. With our Internet Banking you can take a test drive or demo of the service before you sign up for it. We would also be glad to have you come into the bank where one of our customer service personnel will sit down with you and teach you how to use it. If you so desire, our Internet Banking also comes with free Bill Pay.

24-Carat Elite Checking (Interest bearing)

• Earns 2.4% annual percentage yield
• $1,000 minimum balance required to open account or keep account active
• No monthly fee if minimum daily balance is at or exceeds $1,000; monthly service charge applies if balance falls below $1,000
• Interest is accrued on daily collected balances and paid monthly. A minimum available daily balance of $1,000 must be maintained to earn interest
• Free standard checks
• Free Debit / ATM card available
• Free Internet Banking including Bill Pay
• Free use of the Community Room
• Unlimited check writing
• Monthly bank statements with account activity and imaged copy of front side of all checks clearing during the month

Hometown Checking

• No monthly, activity, or transaction fees apply
• $100 minimum opening balance required
• No minimum balance required to keep the account active
• Unlimited check writing
• Monthly bank statements with account activity but checks are truncated
• Overdraft protection available
• Free Debit / ATM card available
• Free Internet Banking including Bill Pay*
• ATM transactions free throughout the Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, and Marion area included in the Privilege network

Hometown Silver Perks Checking

• Available to anyone age 60 or older
• No monthly, activity, or transaction fees apply
• $1,000 minimum balance required to open account or keep account active

• Monthly bank statements with account activity but checks are truncated

*A charge of $5.95 will apply if you don't use the bill pay feature to pay at least four bills in a month for two consecutive months. Appropriate sales taxes will be added to all monthly fees that apply.
