FAQ for Online Banking
- How do I get started?
- When you open your account at FMB, the bank will mail you a unique password. If you do not have this password, contact the bank to retrieve one. At the log in page, choose “First Time Log In.” Type your checking account number in the “Access ID” field and the password in the “Password” field. Click “Submit” and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Is there a cost?
- There is no cost for FMB Online Banking account access.
- There may be a cost for FMB Online Bill Pay depending on your account type. Please refer to your account disclosure.
- I’m locked out or my account is disabled. What do I do?
- You may have entered the wrong password too many times.
- You may have been locked out after not logging in after an extended period of time.
- To be unlocked and have your password reset, call the bank during business hours at 319-378-8100.
- Is FMB Online Banking compatible with my accounting software?
- Transaction information can be exported to Microsoft Money, Quicken and QuickBooks.
- Under “Accounts,” hover over your account name, then “Transactions,” and click on “Export Transactions.”
